At Omnilo, we want you to be fully satisfied with our Services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for subscription plans purchased through our platform.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free tier that allows you to explore our platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to thoroughly evaluate our Services during this period. No payment information is required to access the free tier.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email billing@omnilo.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your request
  3. Our billing team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card)
  • Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
  • Currency conversion differences at the time of refund are not covered

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free tier
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, then archived

7. Enterprise Plans

Refunds for Enterprise plans are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific terms of your Enterprise agreement. Please contact your dedicated account manager or reach out to enterprise@omnilo.io.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks incur administrative fees and may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
